- Seven Percent (7%) of the monthly gross revenue for all medical billing and collection services, within the State of OKLAHOMA.
Sales Representative must ask for permission to contact a lead in another State outside of OKLAHOMA. They must get authorization from CareVoiced, LLC partner company Sun Knowledge. A written consent from must be approved by Sun Knowledge and CareVoiced, LLC must also be notified. Any recorded attempt to contact the lead prior to receiving authorization from Sun Knowledge Licensee Headquarters results in a automatic declined access to a contact the lead for six (6) months. Another factor that will influence the right to contact the facility will be the facility type. All final decisions on lead contact management will be determined by Sun Knowledge in the best interest of all parties involved and the company.
